A new feature to use WhatsApp across multiple devices will give users access to their data on connected devices.
The messaging app owned by Meta tested multi-device 2.0 on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS, according to WABetaInfo. It stated that future versions of multi-device, which are currently being developed, would make it possible to use WhatsApp on a second mobile device.
Before to this update, users could only see their conversation on their primary device; it was not visible on any linked devices. Now, they may access their data on each of their devices.
WhatsApp is apparently planning to release a new feature that would allow multi-device use of the software without an active Internet connection. You will be able to use your WhatsApp account on various devices with the multi-device feature, which is apparently in development, without need of an Internet connection on your main device.
The launch of multi-device within two months has been confirmed by Mark Zuckerberg and Will Cathcart to WABetaInfo, a platform that monitors Android beta software changes. It might take a bit of time to ensure a superior product.
